We'll meet via Zoom or Google Meet. You'll receive a secure link before our session. All you need is a private space and stable internet.

Is everything confidential?

Absolutely. What we discuss stays between us, with very limited legal exceptions I'll explain in our first session.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies for everyone. Some see progress in 4-6 sessions, others prefer longer-term support. We'll discuss this together.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens! I ask for 24 hours notice when possible, and we can easily reschedule.
