How do online sessions work?

We'll meet via Zoom or Google Meet. You'll receive a secure link before our session β€” all you need is a private space and stable internet.

Is everything confidential?

Absolutely. What we discuss stays between us, with very limited legal exceptions I'll walk you through in our first session.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies. Some people see shifts in 4–6 sessions, others prefer longer-term support. We'll figure out what fits as we go.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens. I ask for 24 hours notice when possible, and we can easily reschedule.
